Spa Cancellation Policy
Please turn off your cell phones during your visit.
Reservations: We recommend scheduling
your appointment in advance due to popularity of our excellent services. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough
time to fill out required forms if you are a first time client.
Cancellation: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to
cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require 24 hour notice for appointments.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours or 48 hours will be billed
100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and you will be billed
for the full service fee.
